Built the bank’s digital innovation function from scratch. Led everything from board-level business case and regulatory licensing to vendor selection, UX/CX design, IT architecture, core banking integration, AML/KYC, and full product launch — delivering the bank’s first fully digital product.
Led a $25M EY engagement managing the international expansion of the Dominican Republic’s largest bank across 3 countries. Oversaw regulatory licensing in the US, Dominican Republic, and Spain, IT architecture design, and target operating model — with 50+ stakeholders and a project variance of under 3%.
Directed a $3.5M, 4-workstream program to implement a new enterprise payments platform — launching Fedwire, ACH, TCH RTP, and Zelle B2B capabilities including cloud infrastructure modernization to Kubernetes. Full SDLC oversight across development, QA, deployment, and change management.
Managed a $5M program portfolio of 25–30 concurrent projects across Treasury & Global Markets covering core banking, pricing, risk management, AML/KYC, and trading systems. Led 15 direct reports and managed $1.5M annual budget with 10+ external vendors.
Spearheaded the launch of Banco Sabadell’s new Mexican subsidiary. Established the operational risk group, designed the go-to-market strategy, and developed client-facing content for 5+ products in collaboration with legal, marketing, sales, and external agencies.
